Google Sites for Education

Google Sites for education is free for schools. It allows students and teachers to create searchable web pages. These web pages can be set so that only students and teachers that who are registered for Google Apps for the school can see the pages. The web site can either have single or multiple authors. Students can also search every web site within the school Google Apps Domain.

The web pages are easy to create and allow for the insertion of images, podcasts, videos and Google Gadgets. Google gives a wide range of web page templates. There are no ads on on web pages with the Google Apps Education package.
